THE COMPANY
RentIn Marbella (The Company) acts as booking agents for the Owners/Agents of the properties featured in the portfolio. Once The Company has issued the booking form a binding contract is formed between you and the client who has booked your property.
ADVERTISING PACKAGES
Silver package - Free annual fee. 12.5% commission deducted from advertised rates for all bookings achieved.
- Full web page advertisement for your property
- Free login with access to the late deals facility giving you every chance to fill that vacant week!
- We deal with the initial enquiry by taking 30% deposit together with a completed booking form.
- We forward the deposit, less commission to you together with the booking form for you to introduce yourself to the client and arrange for any security deposits to be paid to yourself if required. It is for you (the owner) to send the client the arrival/ key collection details.
- Balance payment collected by us 10 weeks prior to arrival and transferred to your account giving you peace of mind that the money has been collected.
Gold package - Free annual fee. 15% commission deducted from advertised rates for all bookings achieved.
- Silver Package, PLUS:
- We take a security deposit via credit card authorisation up to specified amount (details held by us) in the event of any damages/losses caused, the deductable amount must be agreed between the client and owner. Card details are destroyed 7 days after holiday if no damage has been reported by the owner.
- We pay to advertise your property elsewhere on the other (larger worldwide) sites to give vital additional advertising, we're not too proud to say more is better!
COMPANY LIABILITY
In all cases RentIn Marbella will confirm all enquiries and potential bookings with you (The Owner) prior to sending the booking form to the client.
Should you (The Owner) accept a booking from RentIn Marbella and confirm verbally or in writing to us, you (The Owner) will accept full liability for any losses incurred for loss of profit and damages to the client in instances where you (The Owner) cancel the booking for whatever reason.
RentIn Marbella will do their upmost to ensure any losses are kept to a minimum but do not accept any responsibility for damages to the client due to a cancellation beyond our control. RentIn Marbella does not accept any responsibility for inaccurate information added by you (The Owner) within an advertisement, nor for bad behavior from the client, late checkout or any disputes the client may have with you(The Owner) but will assist with any issues where possible.
COMMISSION
For each booking taken by RentIn Marbella, the Owner accepts the percentage term as agreed to be deducted from the deposit amount or where applicable the total booking amount. Unless otherwise agreed, the deposit amount of the booking will be 30%.
In all cases you (The Owner) will receive a copy of the booking form once payment has been received from the client, the booking form will be sent to the email address provided by you.
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is the sole responsibility of the owner/agent to ensure the property advertised is true and accurate.
In instances where any appliances fail,or any items supplied within the property are not fit for purpose, it is for the owner to ensure the immediate repair or replacement (within reasonable timescale) and where not possible it is for the owner to compensate the client if necessary, not RentIn Marbella.
RentIn-Marbella does not offer maintenance,laundry or cleaning services.
