All the bedrooms offer their own private bathroom, fully equipped and including hair dryers.The Main Lounge is decorated with wooden beams and offers 3 large leather sofas views to the pond.It is also furnished with 42" Plasma TV, music set, DVD, Satelite TV with around 150 channels is all languages, TDT, chimney, air conditioning (hot & cold air) and a ceiling fan.A large Dining area, with a large glass table with marble stands, which sits 10 to 14 persons all in comfortable arm chairs. This area is situated next to the Main lounge, also offers direct access to the kitchen and offers large french windows with direct views of the garden, BBQ area, swings & slide area, as well as the swimming-pool. The large french windows can be completely oppened to offer you an in/out area.
A second "Reading Lounge" decorated with wooden ceiling has 2 large leather sofas, book shelf area with exchange book system, a collection of 200 DVD's, TV & DVD, Play Station 1 with games, Intenet wireless ADSL and games.A Large Kitchen with dining area, with large fridge and a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, glass hob top, gas cooker, electric grill, deep fat fryer, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, as well as other small electrical appliances.Outside you will find a large built in BBQ surrounded by sitting area and brick built round table and parasol.A further seating area with large teak table and chairs with adjustable sun blind.The private swimming pool can be heated and has a retractable cover converting it to an indoor pool for those winter months.

In the local area you will find a large variety of bars, typical spanish offering "Tapas" and English / Irish Pubs, as well as, beach bars along the promenade offering their speciallities of fried fish and grilled meats.

There is a large variety of restaurants to cater for all tastes including Andaluzian,Japonese, Chinese, Marroqui, Italian and French.A 5/10 minute drive from San Pedro de Alcantara towards the mountains, you will find the white washed village of Benahavis renowned internationally for its restaurants and exceptional food.

The villa is large and relaxing, due to its vegetations, fruit trees, pond, swimming-pool, swings, slide and tennis table, as well as, being a very private villaThe Villa can accommodate 10-14 people in 5 en-suite bedrooms ,you will find 3 bedrooms on the ground floor,the master suite on the second floor and a further en-suite bedroom in the granny annex situated in the garden.

Bathrooms:Bedroom 1, independent shower and bath + independent bidet & toilet + 2 washing-basins.Bedroom 2; independent shower & bath + bidet and toilet + washing-basin.Bedroom 3 & 4; bath/shower, toilet & bidet + washing-basin.Bedroom 5; shower, toilet.

Kitchen:Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, small electrical appliances such as coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker etc. Equipped with delph and cutlery for 14 persons. Air conditioned.

Living Rooms:2 lounges. Main lounge and dining, with large TV, satellite, DVD, music centre. The second lounge offers TV, video and DVD. Both offer a large selection of 200 DVDs and books, leather sofas, air conditioning and chimney in both lounges.

Cleaning/towels:The villa is provided clean, all beds are made and provided with white towels for the house and coloured towels for pool use for as many persons as staying at the villa. They are change of the same one a week.
