Large patio doors lead out onto the covered verandah and stairs lead up to the dining area where the black,red and white decor is continued in the elegent dining suite
The beautifully appointed kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine,hob and oven,large fridge/freezer, microwave,tumble dryer and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and glassware are all provided.
Of the 4 bedrooms 2 have double beds and two have twin beds. One of the double bed rooms, with a full en-suite bathroom and balcony, is located on the first floor, there are 2 twin rooms and a shower room on the second floor, and on the third floor is the 2nd. double room with an en-suite shower room. All 4 bed rooms have their own televisions.
There is an additional w.c with hand basin on the ground floor.
This detached, split level villa is set in its own private grounds with a lawned area, BBQ, covered verandah and of course a wonderful pool, 8x4m. in size as well as a pool side shower and a hot tub.
Located in the very popular area of Nueva Andalucia it is just 1 km. from Puerto Banus, the world famous marina where there is a fabulous selection of top quality shops, bars and restaurants. The marina itself is a delightful place to stroll around,viewing the marvellous boats moored there.
Nueva Andalucia too has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the villa and other places within easy access are Marbella with its beautiful promenade and world famous shopping, the charming town of Estepona, the historic Rock of Gibraltar and of course the many first class golf course in the area.
