Marbella Villas  -  7 Bedroom Villa with  private pool  situated just 6 minute walk to the beach  and only 2 minute drive to the famous "Puerto Banús"

This lovely villa is situated next to the "Hotel Cortijo Blanco" in a residential urbanization between San Pedro Alcantara and Puerto Banus. Within 3 minutes walk you will find all you need, such as supermarket (Supersol), bars, restaurants, discoteques, renta a car, chemist, etc....   6 minutes walk from the villa, you will find the beach, where you have a large variety of beach bars and restaurants.As you reach the beach and to the right you can find the lovely promenade of "San Pedro de Alcántara".

From the street you access the villa through a large automatic door, which gives way to a large parking area with space for 8 cars. At both sides of this parking area, you can find extension of garden, trees and plants and to the front, the main entrance of the villa.In the main garden area, you may find the large swimming-pool, size 15 m. X 7 m., an exterior shower and the BBQ. The villa also offers, sun beds and swimming-pool towels for our guests.  
The villa can accommodate from 14 to 16 persons, distributed in 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (in order to accommodate 16 persons, we add 2 extra single beds to the villa). From the 7 bedrooms, 4 are situated on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. The villa also offers, guest toilet, a large lounge, dining area, bar and piano, summer lounge, large main kitchen, smaller kitchen & gymnasium.

MAIN LOUNGE: The Main Lounge, has a total of 50 m2, offering 2 large sofa's, 4 armchairs, 2 central coffee tables, chimney, 40" Plasma TV, 3 satellite systems with more than 300 channels in different languages, TDT and DVD, as well as a large cabinet for storing wines and spirits. From this Main Lounge, you may enjoy views to the swimming-pool and garden area and you may access these directly from this Main Lounge

SUMMER LOUNGE: The Summer Lounge, has a total surface of 45 m2. It offers, 2 large sofa's, central coffee table, 2 relax armchairs with back gammon table as side table, chimney, TV, satellite, TDT and DVD.
From this summer lounge, you may also access directly the swimming pool and garden and  the views of this summer lounge are the swimming pool and garden. The Main Lounge and Summer lounge are communicated by a large door.

DINING AREA & BAR AREA:  This dining area is extremely large, offering sitting accommodation from 8/10 persons, although due to the length of the dining area, you may accommodate another table offered at the villa to accommodate sitting area for up to 16 persons. The dining area has excellent lighting from both, artificial and natural light, as the large Windows with patio offer this area the natural light.Sharing the dining area, you can find the Bar with a length of 2'86 meters and the Piano, for those evenings of entertainment.

MAIN KITCHEN: The kitchen has been equipped with all the necessary to make your stay comfortable, offering, gas cooker (with 5 gas rings), microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge-freezer and small electrical appliances, such as coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc...as well as, a large kitchen table for 8 persons.This kitchen also offers an exterior exit to a Patio with fountain with a surface of 69 m2.

BEDROOM 1: situated on the Ground floor The bedroom has a large bed size 1'80 x 2'00,  and large fitted wardrobe. Due to this bedroom being the largest  it offers an extra area to the side of the bedroom, we are able to accommodate if necessary, 2 extra single beds upon request).This area next to the bedroom if not needed to accommodate extra beds, is decorated with comfortable armchairs and table, ideal for those whom wish to relax in the privacy of their bedroom.

BATHROOM OF BEDROOM 1:This large bathroom, offers, 2 inset sinks, large cabinets and mirror, Whirlpool bath  independent shower unit size 90 x 90 toilet and bide.It also offers exterior windows with views to the fruit trees area, with venetian blinds and electrical exterior shutters.
 
BEDROOM 2: on the Ground Floor has a total surface of 13 m2 and offers a large bed size 1'80 x 2'00, 2 bedside tables, dressing table and large fitted wardrobes, as well as a window to the exterior with views to the entrance of the villa.
 
BATHROOM 2:Next to the above bedroom you can find the second bathroom of the villa, with sink, toilet and bath.
 
 
BEDROOM 3:situated on the Ground Floor . It has a total surface of 13 m2 and offers a large bed size 1'50 x 2'00, 2 bedside tables, dressing table and large wardrobe, as well as a window to the exterior with views to the entrance of the villa.
 
BEDROOM 4: situated on the Ground Floor l. It has a total surface of 13 m2 and offers a large bed size 1'80 x 2'00, 2 bedside tables, dressing table and large wardrobes, as well as a window to the exterior with views to the entrance of the villa.
 
BATHROOM 3:Next to the above bedrooms , you can find the third bathroom of the villa. It offers  sink, toilet and bath.

BEDROOM 5: situated on the first floor.and offers a large bed size 1'80 x 2'00, 2 bedside tables and large fitted wardrobe. large French window which gives way to terrace size 14'50m2 with views to the swimming pool and garden area.
 
ENSUITE BATHROOM OF BEDROOM 5:The en-suite bathroom, offers 2 individual sinks, toilet, bidet, bath and exterior window.

GYM: Also on the first floor and accessed from the distribution hall as it is all one open area, you may find the Gym .  With rounded shape size 4'40 of diameter and windows which offer views to the swimming pool and garden area, it has been equipped with a running machine, electric bike, weights and step machine. It has also been equipped with a TV in order to make your fitness moments more entertaining. From this Gym you may also access the terrace for those whom wish to exercise in the open air.
